Pratibha Jairath is a woman of multiple talents. After arriving in this country as a new bride and with a masters degree in mathematics, Pratibha gravitated toward the computer industry. But in a few short years, she began to test her wings in the growing Indian community of Chicago area as an entertainer. She organized Meena Bazars and talent shows, she acted in plays, and, at the urging of friends, took up singing.

When she sings, her songs pulse with feelings, when she choreographs a qawwali, every participant becomes fully one with the role, and when she leads a dance, the dancers set the stage on fire!
