Jigar nd Rushika Started there first own Restaurant in 2012 with the passion of the Food, creating the taste flavors based on there pass experience, the words
Your food …..as they want to create the menu as per the client Taste buds
Your Taste :  as they want there taste to be implemented
Your way :  Serving in a style : let it be Authentic or Morden Culinary serving way

Jigar & Rushika for the business are like a real example of a balanced front end and Back end for any Smooth operation of Business

They started there career with the chat house (Fast food ) : Bhel, Paani poorie, samosa chat , chole bhature, Pavbhaji …..you name it they will make it fresh from there 800 Sq. ft. kitchen ( Sai Saffron) working for 16-18 hrs. throughout the day
And slowly they started with Live chat stations at the functions like :  Birthday , Baby shower, Corporate, engagement , weddings & receptions
After a experience they started the catering business starting from 25 people home puja party to 2000 people Shri Rakesh Maharaj event serving breakfast, lunch and dinner each time
They were the first Indian vendor to serve through OFFICEMAX building Cafeteria every   Monday lunch
They were the first Indian  caterer at the Sears Arena who was there preferred vendor
They were the first Indian caterer to cater the food at Morgan Manufacturing a Morden Banquet in Chicago
This are few examples of there participant / There passion towards food / there responsibility towards the client for there precious occasions food catering
After successfully running the Chat house business :  Jigar and Rushika created their Dream Project :  Jigar’s Kitchen a 7000 Sq. ft. a semi automated Kitchen to serve the Business / Clients and Government facilities
Within the course of 6 months they became the virtual kitchen or back bone of few Restaurants / medical centers / commercial food Industry with a vision to provide the same taste and same flavor Indian food to the market
